The below questionnaire is from the Republic of Florida’s Online Voter Guide. These questionnaires were mailed to every candidate running for office in the State of Florida. The questions were categorized into four categories: political sovereignty, morality, immigration, and economic issues. The candidates’ responses are still coming in and will be forthcoming. The schools of Florida are of the utmost importance to our children’s future. By accepting funds from the federal government of the United States we must be subject to its educational mandates. The integrity of the Southern borders of our union have been severely compromised. The federal government is mandated to protect states against invasion. Our citizens demand security. The National Guard should be deployed to secure our own borders rather than those of foreign nations.

HUMAN RIGHTS ISSUESThe Bouvier Law dictionary (Sixth Edition, 1856) universally accepted by our Founding Fathers, defines MAXIM as “An established principle or proposition. A principle of law universally admitted, as being just and consonant with reason.” It goes on to state the maxim of “Qui in utero est, pro jam nato habetur quoties de ejus commodo quaeritur. He who is in the womb, is considered as born, whenever it is for his benefit.” Do you subscribe to this maxim of law?

Today’s federal income tax system is punitive, complicated, inefficient, intrusive, and impedes entrepreneurship, investment, economic growth, and job creation.
