Southern Nationalist Activism in Tallahassee
Over the weekend, Southern Nationalists assembled in Tallahassee to protest against the demographic displacement of the Southern People. Southerners from all over Dixie stood proudly on the steps of Florida’s old capitol building to let their voice be heard. The message was simple, “Marco Rubio wants to replace us!” This is not hyperbole- this is a fact. According to international law under the Geneva Convention, the intentional displacement of a native citizenry is genocide. What U.S. politicians such as Marco Rubio are peddling is nothing less than the genocide of native Southerners.
Currently, Florida has a population of around 20 million people. Of that number, around 1 million (5% of Florida’s population) are illegal aliens. This is unacceptable. Whether these people migrate to Florida legally or not is irrelevant- they are displacing native Floridians and native Southerners.
According to a new Zogby poll, around 84% of Floridians believe that illegal aliens have a negative impact on the State of Florida. There are good reasons for this sentiment, which is backed up by empirical data.
Costs of Illegal Immigration to Floridians
- $3.4 billion a year to educate illegal immigrant children and the U.S. born children of illegal immigrants.
- $290 million a year on unreimbursed health care for illegal aliens.
- $90 million a year to incarcerate criminal illegal aliens.
- The total represents an annual cost to each of Florida’s native-born headed households of $678.
League of the South members received a warm reception from the locals in Tallahassee. A many “thank you!” could be heard from the vehicles passing by the demonstration. This successful League of the South event comes on the heels of the unveiling of a “Secede” billboard near the capitol building. Similar effective demonstrations have been given throughout the South over the past year and the momentum of this message and movement appears to be gaining momentum.
On Sunday, several members of the Florida League of the South also participated in a literature distribution campaign at a gun show in Tallahassee. The feedback there was also positive and people are beginning to recognize the League for what it is- the spearhead of the modern Southern Nationalist movement.
